The Calvary Community Outreach Network (CCON) continues to touch young and old, inspire our urban community spiritually and physically, and give our youth creative and educational opportunities. Our purpose is to connect hurting communities with knowledge and resources that can help them improve their lives...we are in the work of Healing Our Neighborhoods. Throughout the year, CCON strategically supports Youth Development, addresses Food Insecurity, and provides Health & Wellness access and information to low-income and socially disadvantaged groups. Together, these efforts reflect the event theme... The needs in our community remain significant, and your support can help CCON continue this vital work.
