Sarah Holdmeyer

President

Sarah Holdmeyer works with the firm Bryan Cave Leighton and Paisner focuses her practice in commercial litigation and labor and employment. Ms. Holdmeyer was a 2015 summer associate in the firm’s Kansas City office. While in law school, Ms. Holdmeyer served as a student intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Missouri, as well as a clerk to the Honorable Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. In addition, she worked for the U.S. Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration as an investigative assistant.
Ellis McGee Vice President Ellis an employee of the Kansas City, Missouri Water Department is a committed servant leader. He is a faithful husband, father and grandfather. His life is immersed in volunteer service and ministry. Ellis serves as chairman of the Board of Deacons for the Calvary Temple Baptist Church and leads the Christian Education program. An avid sportsman, he enjoys a wide range of sporting activities. Last but not least, his sense of humor is priceless. Ellis warms the room with laughter even on some of the roughest days.
Michele Stitt Secretary Michele is a deeply motivated community volunteer. In her role as the Assistant Director of Communication for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Michele is charged with building relationships with government and community leaders, mobilizing volunteers and programs, and supporting community initiatives. She is a nurturing Mom & a loving wife.
Nick Nocita Treasurer Nick is an accomplished Accounting, Finance and Business Leader responsible for planning, directing, and reporting internal audit projects for Fortune 500 corporations. He has achieved significant career accomplishments in financial analysis, management consulting and in public accounting. We are so proud that Nick is on the CCON team.
Jason Williams Health Forward Foundation Jason joined Health Forward as a program officer in 2019. He previously served as the director of the Mary L. Kelly Center where his work focused on neighborhood transformation, active living, and youth development. Prior to his work at the Mary L. Kelly Center, Jason developed youth and senior programs at Kansas City Parks and Recreation. Jason is settling in as a new dad and enjoying fatherhood immensely.
Bridgette McDaniel Bridgette is a dedicated Employee Benefits Professional with extensive experience in benefits program education and consultation. Currently serving as a Benefits Advisor at Midwest Public Risk in Independence, MO, since 2006, she works closely with HR representatives and employees to ensure a smooth annual open enrollment process and provides comprehensive employee-focused training. Prior to her current role, Bridgette was an HR Coordinator at KCATA in Kansas City, MO, where she managed HRIS systems for salaried employees and supported the Human Resources Director. She began her career as a Client Service Attendant at Location Companies, where she honed her excellent customer service and communication skills. Bridgette is a proud graduate of Van Horn High School, class of 1990.
Clifford Brazen Erise IP, P.A. Cliff Brazen brings a diverse background in patent law and client counseling to Erise IP, where he focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and IPR proceedings. His experience includes serving as a patent attorney in private practice and working at the USPTO. With an undergraduate degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and a minor in Bioengineering & Life Sciences, Cliff is well-equipped to advise on high-technology and intellectual property matters. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications, conducted market analysis, and provided freedom-to-operate opinions. Cliff’s practice spans various technologies, emphasizing metallurgical and mechanical arts. He also served as a research assistant at the University of Kansas School of Law, researching topics like design patents and patent application rejection statistics.
Frank E. Thompson Jr. Senior Consultant, Byrne Pelofsky + Associates Frank is a Senior Consultant with Byrne Pelofsky + Associates. Frank has over three decades of experience in program administration and coordination in the nonprofit, public health and government sectors. Prior to joining Byrne Pelofsky, Frank served as Deputy Director and Interim Director of the City of Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) Health Department where he managed an agency budget of over $27,000,000 and oversaw over $31,000,000 in annual “safety net” contracts with local hospitals, Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC) and other medical care providers to provide medical services for uninsured/underinsured residents. During his 24 years with the KCMO Health Department, Frank supervised work on chronic diseases, HIV, violence prevention, community engagement and public health accreditation.
Dennis Dunmyer KC Care Health Center Dennis Dunmyer, is the Chief Operating Officer for KC CARE Health Center. He has over 17 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining KC CARE in 2009, Dennis was the Manager of Admissions for Marillac Children's Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Center. Prior to service in his current role at KC CARE, Dennis served in two clinic management positions, starting as a Manager of HIV Case Management and then Manager of Behavioral Health. He is the co-chair of the Kansas City Regional Community Health Worker Stakeholder Committee, sits on the Community Health Worker Advisory Committee to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, is the Program Director on four federal grants, was named the 2014 Health Advocate of the Year by the Missouri Health Advocacy Alliance, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas and Missouri. Dennis is responsible for all community services at the clinic – including care coordination, case management, education, and prevention services. During the last five years, Dennis has built and implemented the Community Health Worker Program at KC CARE while dedicating time and effort to developing community-wide infrastructure for the program, such as training and education, state-wide advocacy, and community awareness.
Alexandra Rojas-Meier Allie Rojas-Meier works in Community Relations at University Health. In this role, Allie is responsible for the Community Health Needs Assessment to continuously improve addressing health disparities in Kansas City. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, she works with staff and community members through forums and surveys to gather feedback on the organization's progress and/or ongoing concerns that need to be addressed. Before her current role, Allie has 15 years of healthcare experience working in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pathology, and patient care and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Project Management certification from Cornell University. Allie serves in several roles in community organizations, including Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas City Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Board Member; The Latino Coalition: Latina Prosperity Summit Committee Member; and the Guadalupe Centers; Corporate Member. Allie is married with one daughter. She is a third-generation quilter and has been quilting for 15 years. She enjoys making quilts for charitable organizations, family, and friends. She is a member of the African American Quilt and Doll Guild and Uhuru Quilters Guild Inc.
